So we strive to not only keep craft supply prices low, but shipping prices as well, while using carriers with proven track records. That’s why we offer free shipping for scrapbooking supplies, bead supplies or any of our craft supplies when you buy $100 or more! (free shipping for standard shipping in the continental US)

Please review the following:
- Shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
- We currently ship to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- We do ship limited internationally, but orders need to be called in to customer service. Please see the Shipping Rates-International for more information.
- Our available shipping options and your exact shipping and handling charges (and any applicable taxes) will be displayed during checkout.
- All APO/FPO/PO and international orders will ship via USPS.
- ConsumerCrafts is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates based on carrier’s service levels.
- For Puerto Rico shipments, please keep in mind that any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient, and that orders are sometimes delayed in customs.

ConsumerCrafts will ship limited to international locations. Please note the following if you are interested in placing an international order:
- International orders can only be placed by calling into customer service.
- Next day service is not available for international.
- International orders are shipped USPS and subject to additional freight charges.
- Delivery times for international are solely determined based on USPS services levels.
- Once your order leaves our facility, ConsumerCrafts is not responsible for any shipping delays.
- ConsumerCrafts reserves the right to not ship to some international locations.
*Duties, fees or taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient. All fees incurred including shipping and handling charges for rejected shipments will be charged back to the credit card used for order payment.
Delivery Times
Standard service:
- For continental US, orders placed by 10am EST, will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
- For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders placed by 10am EST, will be delivered within 6-8 business days.
- For APO/PO/FPO orders placed by 10am EST, will delivered within 5-12 business days via USPS.
**Next day service:
- Only available for continental US.
- Orders placed by 10am EST Monday-Friday, will be delivered next business day.
- Orders placed by 10am EST Saturday & Sunday, will be delivered by the second business day after the weekend. In most cases that will be Tuesday.
- Not available for APO/FPO/PO.
- Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
- Not available for international.
Below is the delivery area and expected shipping times for domestic standard service shipments. Please add 2 days processing to the transit times to estimate delivery date.
