We are a retail site—anyone can order from ConsumerCrafts! We pride ourselves on offering the lowest possible prices for a wide range of art and craft supplies, and some of our items have quantity discounts built into their pricing. Does ConsumerCrafts have a physical store or produce a printed catalog?
We do not have a physical retail location, as we are an Internet only business. However, we do produce multiple catalogs each year.

Does ConsumerCrafts accept orders from outside the United States?
Yes, we accept orders from Canada and Puerto Rico. We do have future plans to expand the areas where we will accept orders.
How will my ConsumerCrafts order be shipped? How long will it take to receive my order?
At ConsumerCrafts we realize how important it is to save money on your craft supplies, and that includes the cost of shipping. Keep in mind that we offer free shipping for any order over $100, every day! In general, we keep our standard shipping prices as low as possible while utilizing carriers with proven track records. What payment methods do you accept?
ConsumerCrafts accepts the following major credit cards:

for details. For all manual orders paid by check, overpayments of $1.00 or more will be refunded automatically. Overpayments under $1.00 will be refunded only upon written request included with a self-addressed envelope.

I have a tax exempt status in my home state. Can I make my purchases tax free?
Yes, but only by phone. Please contact customer service at the number above to validate your tax exempt status and place your order.
How do I know if an item I want to purchase is in stock?
The website will let you know whether an item is out of stock. If the item you want is out of stock, please check back in a day or two, or contact customer service to find out when we anticipate being able to restock it.
Can I backorder an item that is currently out of stock?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot do backorders.
Do I need to create an account to order from your website?
You can order as a guest on the site without creating an account. However, we highly encourage you to create an account so you can take advantage of the benefits that registered users enjoy, including:

What are my “Favorites”?
is a place for you to store all of your favorite ConsumerCrafts items! Use it as a wish list, to keep track of items that you want to purchase in the future, or to compare similar items when you are making a purchase. Saving items to Favorites is also useful for bookmarking basic items that you know you are going to order again and again. Since the list is saved under your account, you can come back to ConsumerCrafts.com at any time—from any computer--to view or purchase the items in your Favorites list.
If something is in my shopping cart and I leave the site, will my cart still contain the items I left in it when I return?
Yes, if you are a registered user and were logged in while you were shopping. You could even log into your account from a different computer and see those same items.

ConsumerCrafts enjoys offering special deals and promotions to our customers. Some deals or promotions will come in the form of a promo code that allows you to enjoy:

Under what circumstances can I return products?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened items within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund of the product purchase price. Opened packages are not returnable. Original packaging and any original seals must be completely intact. Software (i.e. Cricut Cartridges), electronics and machines (i.e. die-cutting machines) are only returnable if unopened. Any issues pertaining to damaged or non-functioning machines, electronics or software should be directed to the manufacturer. Information for manufacturer contacts can generally be found on the box or inside the instruction manual.
How do I do a return?
See the note above to determine whether your product is eligible to be returned. If it is, send that item back to us, along with the return authorization form (printed on the back of the invoice or downloadable here
) and a copy of your invoice. We recommend the use of a carrier that can provide insurance and tracking information for all returns. Customer is responsible for all return freight. No collect return shipments will be accepted. Orders that are refused upon delivery will be subject to shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee.
