Does ConsumerCrafts have a traditional brick-and-mortar store as well?
No, we do not have a physical retail location. We are an internet only business, based in Wilmington, Delaware. We ship out of our fulfillment center in Strongsville, Ohio.
Does ConsumerCrafts have a printed catalog?
We do not print a comprehensive catalog—the best way to see all of the great products that ConsumerCrafts offers is to browse our website! If you want to make sure that you stay up to date on our new product additions, check out our Just Added section or sign up for our emails and we’ll keep you in the loop.

ConsumerCrafts occasionally prints a small seasonal catalog in the fourth quarter to highlight customer favorites, gift items, and interesting new product introductions. If you have placed an order this year, you will automatically receive our seasonal catalog.
How do I start — or stop — receiving emails from you?

Need to unsubscribe from our promotions? The quickest, easiest way is to select the opt out option that we include on every ConsumerCrafts email. Shopping at ConsumerCrafts

What are my "Favorites"?
Favorites is a place for you to store all of your favorite ConsumerCrafts items! Why would you want to save your favorites?
  • To create a wish list
  • To compare similar items
  • To bookmark items that you know you are going to order again and again


Since your Favorites list is saved under your account, you can come back to ConsumerCrafts.com at any time—from any computer--to view or purchase the items you have saved there.
If something is in my shopping cart and I leave the site, will my cart still contain the items I left in it when I return?
If you are a registered user and were logged in while you were shopping, your shopping cart will automatically be saved. You could even log into your account from a different computer to see that saved shopping cart.
How do I create an account?

I have an account but I forgot my password. What do I do now?
If you forget your password, don’t worry. Visit the Recover Your Password page to easily regain access to your account.
How do I update my personal information?
You can update any of your personal information via the My Account page at any time.
How do I know if an item I want to purchase is in stock?
Your shopping cart will let you know whether an item is out of stock—you will not be able to check out with an out-of-stock item in your cart. If the item you want is out of stock, please check back in a day or two, or contact customer service to find out when we anticipate being able to restock it.
Can I backorder an item that is currently out of stock?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot do backorders at this time.

We are PCI compliant, and our website uses additional security measures to safeguard your credit card and personal information. Do I have any options for placing an order besides ordering online?

I have tax exempt status in my home state. Can I make my purchases tax free?
Yes, but only by phone. Please contact customer service at the number above to validate your tax exempt status and place your order.
What are promo (promotion) codes and how can I obtain them?
ConsumerCrafts enjoys offering special deals to our customers. Some deals will come in the form of an order discount, shipping promotion or special item price that will automatically show up in your shopping cart. Other deals require a promo code to be entered in the first step of the checkout process.

The best way to stay in the know about our promotions is to Register an Account or sign up for our emails. You can sometimes find promo codes on our site, printed on the banner ads. We occasionally share promo codes on our Facebook page or via Twitter, too.

Please note that you can sometimes find ConsumerCrafts promo codes online, at other websites that collect and share promotions from many different online retailers. Sometimes, the codes you find on these sites have already expired. Occasionally, incorrect codes or expiration dates are posted on these sites—or important details, like the minimum order value needed to trigger a discount, are left out. ConsumerCrafts does not honor offers that are incorrectly posted on these outside websites. Since we do not own or work with these sites, there is no way for us to correct their mistakes.

Shipping

How will my ConsumerCrafts order be shipped?
At ConsumerCrafts we realize how important it is to save money on your craft supplies, and that includes the cost of shipping. In general, we keep our standard shipping prices as low as possible while utilizing carriers with proven track records. For complete details, please see our Shipping Information page. Also keep in mind that we offer free shipping for any order over $75, every day!
Does ConsumerCrafts accept orders from outside the contiguous United States?
Yes, we accept orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico on our website. (Please note that shipping rates are different for orders being sent to these areas.) International orders, for delivery to Canada only, are also accepted via phone. For complete details, please see our Shipping Information page.

Item Returns

Under what circumstances can I return products?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened items within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund of the product purchase price. Opened packages are not returnable. Original packaging and any original seals must be completely intact. Software (i.e. Cricut Cartridges), electronics and machines (i.e. die-cutting machines) are only returnable if unopened. Any issues pertaining to damaged or non-functioning machines, electronics or software should be directed to the manufacturer. Information for manufacturer contacts can generally be found on the box or inside the instruction manual.
How do I do a return?
See the note above to determine whether your product is eligible to be returned. If it is, send that item back to us, along with the return authorization form (printed on the back of the invoice or downloadable here) and a copy of your invoice. We recommend the use of a carrier that can provide insurance and tracking information for all returns. Customer is responsible for all return freight. No collect return shipments will be accepted. Orders that are refused upon delivery will be subject to shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee.
